It is no secret that successful teamwork equates to a successful company. Sometimes it is not an individual's lack of skill that leads to poor teamwork, but rather an inability to properly work with different types of personalities. We each have a unique personality and it becomes readily apparent when working on a team. Rather than forcing people to have a personality makeover, we can work with the individuals to help them understand themselves and each other to create a more productive team environment. It is amazing how insight into others and ourselves can improve our team skills.
